How To Stretch For A Run

It's classic for good reason - by stretching out your thighs (or quads), you're effectively reducing the amount of pull and push on your kneecap that will happen over the course of your run.

  • Often referred to as your quads, your quadriceps femoris muscle covers most of the front and sides of your thighs. Stretching your quadriceps is extra important if you are running up or down hills.
